One of the most traditional dishes in Spain is tortilla de patatas (potato omelette), a recipe that is made in every home and which usually reigns supreme in bars and restaurants, having become a reason for pilgrimage in some cases.
On the Ribera del Duero Wine Route, there are some establishments that offer customers real gastronomic treasures in the form of omelettes. You can find them with just potato, with potato and onion, with black pudding, with chorizo, with courgette… there is no limit to creativity when it comes to this delicacy.
