The Museum of Aromas (Santa Cruz de la Salceda) is the first and only museum in Spain and Europe on this subject. A centre that unites a recreational part of enjoyment in the recognition and analysis of different aromas and another, in research (CSIC, ONCE Foundation, among others) on the sense of smell. So forgotten nowadays and so important for human beings.

In the “Museum of Aromas” there are the aromas of memory, the aromas that heal, the aromas that make you sick, the aromas of danger, the aromas of wine, citrus aromas, aromatherapy, perfumes, the aromas of coffee, oil… Designed as a house with its different rooms, in each of them the aim is to test the skill in recognising the different aromas and the knowledge of their origin and their use from ancient times to the present day. A project for the future that mixes culture with research and is a tourist destination for thousands of people.

For GROUPS of more than 12 people, with prior and obligatory reservation, and a minimum of 48 hours in advance, the MUSEUM will attend any day of the week.
