Since 1993, a majestic building has housed the winery, the restaurant, the spa complex and the hotel, surrounded by 65 hectares of vineyards, with a capacity of one million litres, focusing on the production of crianzas and reservas.

Its tower, bell tower, arcades and solid stone give the building a monastic appearance, visible from the distant horizon.

In total, 1,400 hectares for vineyards, holm oaks, Mediterranean pines, wild boar and deer in the hunting grounds which, thanks to the work of Florentino Arzuaga, delight all visitors.
