Family winery dedicated to the production and ageing of organic semi-crianza, crianza and signature wines.

With an annual production of 25,000 bottles. The production of our wines begins in the vineyards. We have a small Tempranillo vineyard which allows us to take meticulous care of our excellent raw material.

The grapes are always harvested by hand, in boxes. The grapes are destemmed in the winery and transferred to the small capacity fermentation tanks (10,000 litres). This is one of the best characteristics of Verónica wines. Our small capacity tanks allow a greater contact between the grapes and the must, that is to say, a greater extraction of colour and aromas. After fermentation, the wine is aged in barrels.
