The winery, built in 2000, is attached to a manor house from whose winemaking hall you can see the vineyard. The vineyard was planted in the Burgos area of La Horra and Anguix and is grown on a double cordon trellis to produce Tinta del País on a clay soil.

The winery, in the purest French “chateau” style, has a dining room with views of the barrel cellar, a lounge and four double suites.

The restaurant is for the exclusive use of a single group, with a maximum of 14 diners, so it is necessary to book at least 3 days in advance and to arrange a menu.

To sleep, reservations must be made in advance.
