The CIAVIN Wine Interpretation Centre, located in an 18th century building, helps us to discover the historical legacy that wine culture has shaped in the Ribera del Duero region. In the basement of the city centre, large harvests of wine have been stored since the Middle Ages, and 135 cellars are still preserved today.

The Bodega de las Ánimas has been conceived as a museum space in which, through the recreation of different scenes, it helps us to understand and appreciate the work that was carried out in other times to elaborate and produce wine.
