The Church of San Pelayo is a Catholic temple located in Olivares de Duero. It was built in the second half of the 15th century in Gothic style and consists of three naves with a star-shaped ribbed vault.
The spectacular 16th century Plateresque style altarpiece stands out, arranged in three planes adapting to the shape of the apse. Fundamentally pictorial, it contains 51 oil paintings attributed to the Master of Olivares. In the attic, a magnificent cresting frames the images of Christ, the Virgin and Saint John by Alonso Berruguete.
The Church of San Pelayo in Olivares de Duero (Valladolid) was declared an Asset of Cultural Interest (BIC) with the category of Monument in 1979.

- 1 July to 15 September. Opening times: Monday to Sunday from 10am to 2pm and from 4.30pm to 8pm.
- Until 1 July: Visits by appointment.
