Located in the northernmost part of the Ribera del Duero, Cillar de Silos has 57 hectares of vineyards between 12 and 80 years old on hillsides surrounded by forests.

A situation that gives them their own characteristics and which, together with the combination of experience, work and technique and the fact of having underground cellars that are more than 300 years old with constant natural humidity and temperatures, allows us to obtain unique wines.

The selection begins in the vineyard itself, respecting the environment and always seeking the optimum quality of the grapes which, once in the winery, go through different processes, from the selection table to the vatting, cold maceration and fermentation.

During the ageing process, the wines remain in French oak barrels for between 13 and 18 months, a period during which excess wood is avoided in order to maintain their fruity character so that over time they acquire their own personality.
