Bodegas Domino de Cair was born as a personal challenge of Juan Luis Cañas to produce wines of the highest quality in such a prestigious appellation as Ribera del Duero, being Juan José Iribecampos, his partner and close friend, his travelling companion, who has trusted him to carry out this ambitious project. Together they gave the name CAIR, an acronym formed from the initial syllables of the first surname of both owners.

Equipped with the most modern winemaking systems, its carefully selected old vineyards, of low production, located mainly on slopes and terraces at an altitude of 800-950 metres above sea level, are remarkable. Extreme control and balanced viticulture “house brand” with a meticulous selection of the vines make it possible to harvest the best fruit.
