BODEGA HISTÓRICA DON CARLOS comprises 3 areas:

• Wine cellar and specialised shop where you can buy wine cellar products and a selection of wines from small producers, unique and limited productions. We are specialists in old wines and small productions from Ribera del Duero, as well as official distributors of the Vega Sicilia range.
• Secret room, discover our most select cellar where the “chosen ones” are kept.
• SXV underground cellar, where guided tours and specialised tastings are held every Saturday. And personalised services adapted to the needs of each visitor.

Get to know our Medieval Cellar excavated under the town of Aranda de Duero guided by an amusing character from the 18th century.

In our Tasting Courses we discover the secrets of Ribera del Duero through the senses, its multiple aromas, textures and flavours.

The Tasting Course is designed for those who wish to enter the world of wine tasting in a fun and entertaining way.

Our oenologist and sommelier will explain the basic principles of wine tasting and through 5 wines, you will learn which are the phases and components to analyse: colours, aromas and flavours. In short, we will enter the fascinating world of wine in an entertaining way, in an incomparable setting such as the 15th century Don Carlos Historical Winery, in the heart of the old quarter of Aranda de Duero.
