La Casa del Venancio is located in the Cava de Arriba next to the Lagar de Valdepinos, from where the path to La Mata starts.

It is a 3-storey house, with 4 double bedrooms, 3 complete bathrooms, kitchen, interior patio with a small table and a living room with a fireplace and a small library. The house can accommodate 10 – 12 people. On the third floor of the house there is a huge loft-like at tic very suitable for children (with toys and everything) with several movable beds and many possibilities for its ample space.

Next to the house, about 150 metres away, there is also the possibility of using a picnic area in the area of the Peña San Jorge wine cellars.
