Palacio de Villachica is the result of an overflowing passion for creating the most exceptional Tempranillo in the prestigious Denominations of Origin of Toro, Ribera del Duero and Rioja.

In 2019, after years of research into the best places, the different terroirs and the possibilities of the Denomination, they built a small winery in Peñafiel. With a maximum capacity of 150,000 kg and everything designed to make wine in the best conditions of care and control, the team of winemakers, composed of Rafael García (technical director), Pedro Arranz (winemaker), can extract from the grapes the best of each terroir, to make a final blend that describes the complexity of Ribera del Duero.

Our vineyards form a meticulous puzzle made up of 34 small plots of old vineyards, distributed in 5 charming villages located in the highest areas of the appellation. These jewels cover a total of 41 hectares. We work closely with the small producers, advising them on organic management and striving to preserve this priceless heritage of centuries-old vineyards for generations to come.
