The vineyards are currently more than 80 years old on average, so the grapes acquire unique characteristics in terms of aromas, tannins, anthocyanins…

Bodegas Prado de Olmedo has vineyards located in the municipalities of Quintana del Pidio and Gumiel de Mercado, la Aguilera, municipalities that have maintained the wine culture for many years. The way to control the grapes is plot by plot, as they are not very big, which allows us to have absolute control, in the care, being able to carry out, in a more efficient way, all the works.
