Casa Rural Sanz is surrounded by two large gardens guarded by an immense stone pine tree over a century old, witness to numerous events.

The Rural House is a full rental house with a maximum capacity of 16 people and a minimum of 8 people. It has seven rooms:

• one double room on the first floor, suitable for people with reduced mobility,
• three rooms with double bed,
• one double room,
• two triple rooms (one with a double bed plus a single bed and the other with three single beds).

It has five bathrooms (one of them suitable for reduced mobility, annexed to the room suitable for reduced mobility on the first floor), fully equipped kitchen, dining room with capacity for 16 people, back porch, large gardens, barbecue area and private garage. It also has a fireplace and gas heating in all rooms and common areas. The house also has rooms fully accessible for people with reduced mobility.
