It is cosy and spacious, ideal for families with children and groups of friends. It is available all year round.

It has 2 double bedrooms and 3 twin bedrooms (possibility of cot), 2 complete bathrooms (one of them with bathtub), fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, complete crockery and kitchenware), living-dining room, picnic area with French fireplace, large patio with barbecue (we leave firewood) and parking area.

The restoration of the house has been carried out maintaining the original features and respecting the wooden ceilings and floors which are combined with the rustic furniture and decoration.

It is located in a quiet area outside the centre of Gumiel de Izán, ideal for hiking, wine tourism, enjoying the wonderful gastronomy of the area, discovering the beauty of a village declared a Historic-Artistic Site and visiting some of the most beautiful villages in the province such as Caleruega, Covarrubias, Santo Domingo de Silos or Lerma.
