Old farmhouse, built with stone and adobe, which has been completely renovated inside in 2010, maintaining its exterior structure and the wooden beams inside. Very comfortable.

It is located in the heart of the Ribera del Duero, in the village of Langa de Duero (Soria), declared an Asset of Cultural Interest by the Junta de Castilla y León. A small village of Castile, where you can breathe tranquillity. Langa de Duero is a land of good wine and the best lamb. Come and see for yourself. You can follow part of the Camino del Cid and walk along the Senda del Duero (GR 14).

The house has 5 double rooms, one of them on the ground floor and the rest on the first floor. Two of the rooms have en-suite bathrooms with bathtub and the rest have shared bathrooms with shower or half bath. There are also 3 extra rooms with a bathroom in the attic.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge, TV, ceramic hob with oven and complete kitchenware. The living-dining room has a wood-burning fireplace, TV, DVD-CD, Wifi. The house has individual heating in all rooms. Bed linen and towels.

It has a pond with ducks and cypresses, outdoor barbecue, porch, indoor garden with lawn, a wood oven, with kitchen and indoor picnic area. Library and playroom for children.

The surface of the house is 300 m2 and the garden area occupies a surface of more than 400 m2.
