The Bodega Severino Sanz is dedicated to the production, distribution and sale of wine as well as to the promotion of wine culture. It is located in Montejo de la Vega de la Serrezuela, in the province of Segovia.

It consists of some 30 hectares of tempranillo vines, some of which are over a hundred years old, and it is worth highlighting the combination of the traditional and the modern when it comes to winemaking.

Our aim is to achieve excellence in the vineyard in order to obtain the best wine, a small quantity but of the highest quality.

The experiences we offer our visitors are:

• Guided tour of the interior of the winery and vineyards. Sale of wines.
• Visit to an old winery with a wine press to show “in situ” how wine production was carried out in the past.
• Courses on oenological culture in the winery’s dining room, accompanied by wine tasting and aperitif or wine tasting, aperitif and tasting menu.
