Casa Rural Tío Vítor is located in Sinovas, in a privileged area of the Ribera del Duero. In fact, Sinovas is a municipality belonging to Aranda de Duero and the city centre is just 2 minutes away from our house.

A bike lane parallel to the road connects both municipalities, so it is very easy to reach the city centre by bike or by taking a walk.

Our rural house is the perfect place for those who want to spend a few days in Aranda de Duero or its surroundings, either to enjoy its cultural and gastronomic offer or for work, and also for all those who want to check the wine tourism offer of the Ribera del Duero, being located in a central and perfectly communicated area.

Inaugurated in 2012, it has all the comforts of a modern establishment and the charm of rural surroundings. It is adapted for people with reduced mobility. It has 7 rooms, 4 of them with double bed and 3 with twin beds. All the rooms have independent bathrooms. The common area has a television and toilet, as well as a fully equipped kitchen available to guests.

We have guides and tourist material of the area, so that you can plan your visit and enjoy visits to wineries and wine tasting, hiking or cycling routes, cultural and historical routes, visits to museums, etc.
