XXIX Villa de San Esteban Literary Competition

Three prizes have been established: 750, 450 and 300 euros. The deadline for submitting entries is 21 October 2024.
The Town Council of San Esteban de Gormaz has approved the rules governing the XXIX Literary Contest “Villa de San Esteban”. The deadline for the reception of writings is 21st October. The prizes will be 750, 450 and 300 euros.
All writers of any nationality who submit their work in Spanish to the competition within the deadline and in accordance with the rules, which can be downloaded from this page, are eligible for the prize. The theme of the texts is free, but they must include an outline referring to one of the specific characteristics of the Municipality of San Esteban de Gormaz, considering any reference to its culture, ethnology, heritage, history, gastronomy, or any other element that can be associated with it as a specific characteristic. Each entrant may submit as many originals as they wish.
