Visit to BODEGAS DOMINIO DE CAIR, in La Aguilera (Burgos). Founded in 2002, the Dominio de Cair Winery takes the exterior form of a steel and glass barrel, a distinguished exterior design with a careful and refined interior. Guided tour of the winery with commentary explaining the winemaking process, tasting of two wines from barrels during the tour, tasting of Cair Cuvée, Selección La Aguilera and Tierras de Cair accompanied by a gourmet snack (potato omelette, cold meats and cheese board, croquettes and black pudding from Aranda) and a complimentary tasting glass.
Approximate duration of the visits to the wineries: 1 hour and a half at Bodegas Áster and two hours at Bodegas Dominio de Cair.
