BODEGAS PROTOS has the privilege of being born in the bowels of one of the most important fortresses of the region, the castle of Peñafiel, a place of reference for the whole Castilian-Leonese community and home to the Wine Museum.
This tourist package includes a visit to the two wineries, the old one that runs through the interior of the mountain and the new one, designed by the architect Richard Rogers, and a tasting of Protos Verde and Protos Crianza.

And we will eat a delicious roast suckling lamb in an old 16th century flour mill, now restored as a restaurant, next to the river: MOLINO DE PALACIOS RESTAURANT. In a warm and cosy atmosphere to relax and enjoy this tasty Castilian delicacy, accompanied by salad and starters of fried rice black pudding and chorizo de la olla.
