Dominio D’Echauz

Dominio D’Echauz is a wine-growing estate set within the exceptional natural surroundings of Zayas de Báscones, in the Ribera del Duero region of Soria. This 787-hectare estate boasts extraordinary biodiversity, with the vineyard – covering 130 hectares – sharing its ecosystem with other crops and a substantial forest area of 300 hectares.

Its continental climate and high altitude, ranging from 940 m to 1,002 m, ensure excellent plant health in the vineyard, although the risk of frost and severe storms requires us to practise precision viticulture that respects the environment.

The diversity of soils and aspect within Dominio D’Echauz allows us to study and characterise the behaviour of the wide range of plant material available to us – a collection that preserves more than 16,000 different biotypes.

During your visit, you’ll discover the soul of Dominio D’Echauz through an experience designed to let you enjoy wine right from its source. You’ll take a tour of the estate and the winery to gain an in-depth understanding of the winemaking process, the surroundings and the philosophy behind every bottle.
The tour concludes with a guided tasting of three wines and costs €30 for adults, €15 for young people, and is free for children under 12.
